Medium deep plate – Moon series

This medium handmade deep plate can be used for serving snacks, nuts, dried fruit, or as decoration on the table. It is part of a larger set of pieces, a series I call Moon. I created this series after my travels to Iceland. The volcanic landscapes and especially the black beach Reynisfjara gave me the inspiration to work on rough, black pieces that evoke images of volcanic rocks and even the surface of the moon.
