This vessel from the Terra series is a personal return to origins—a tribute to raw matter and the traditional work of hands. I shape each piece by hand using the pinching technique, allowing the clay to find its own irregular, archaic form.
The character of this piece is defined by its raw, heavily weathered texture. I have intentionally left visible cracks and fissures on the surface to mimic the natural processes of the earth, such as parched soil or ancient rock formations. These organic imperfections are an integral part of the design, emphasizing the primal beauty of the stoneware.
Its low silhouette and dark, earthy tones make it a perfect base for moss, a unique holder for small treasures, or a standalone sculptural object. Because I work without molds, each vessel is entirely unique—the cracks and textures are a direct record of my touch and the untamed nature of the material.
